Ted wrote this while living in Brasília, Brazil's capital, where he lived for nine years. He married a Brazilian woman from there and has three Brazilian sons all born in Brazil.

His house was a central meeting ground for musicians from around Brasília and he'd host house concerts and lots of jamming. He wrote this tune unsurprisingly by its title on the night of the equinox. What is surprising however is the last chord..
